In the business for decades has given the principles of the MFI group a unique look at the trends and ever-changing cycles of the industry. We understand that the large, nationwide model is not the best approach. Too often, companies tend to put more emphasis on back office staff and not enough in the field where the professionalism is required. 

While large companies will often pay close to minimum wage for field investigators, MFI puts more stress on field professionalism. The unique aspect about the investigative industry is that no two cases are the same. A novice can potentially conduct an investigation but, a professional eye is always needed when it counts. Our small company model ensures that a principle of the corporation constantly oversees the field work on every single case. 

Once the case load is too large to handle, a new member of the MFI group is formed with the next most senior employee at the helm as a new principle thus ensuring the same professional care and oversight that our clients have become dependent on.  Additionally, with opportunities for our investigators to become owners, the professionalism in the field has no rival.
