MFI GROUP

It is too often the case that large companies will utilize field operatives with little to no experience. The concept hinges on the question, “why would we pay a livable wage to interview a witness and take a couple of photos”? While companies can get away with this for some time, the old saying, “you get what you pay for” sets in and the product begins to deteriorate. 

The idea of customer service and professionalism seems to be fading away. The MFI Group, started as a one-man operation, was founded on the belief that professionalism could be reintroduced to an industry that is awash with novices and changing standards.  

In 2005, MFI was founded by Mark Felber. While Mark Felber has thrived in the investigation and insurance industry, his ethical standards stems from his multiple degrees from CUNY in the field of philosophy. Even when running a successful business, Mark continued to teach philosophy. His abilities as a teacher continue to this day. All new recruits are trained by Mark in, not only the fundamentals of investigations and claims, but, also, in the area of ethics. Mark notes the importance of how a representative is to conduct themselves in the field. Mark has made it a simple goal to make sure that anyone who represents any of the MFI Group of companies conducts themselves in a professional manor embedded with the values that define the good. It seems to be working as we are proud of our reputation built almost purely on word of mouth. 

The MFI Group has a very thin employee turn around. It is our goal to educate and constantly train individuals so that they can achieve the point of success where they, too, can open their own firms and apply to become a member of the group.
